- All bank charges
are at the sender's expense.
- All registration forms must be accompanied by the exact
fees in full ( either the cheque, or copy of the bank
transfer).
Confirmation:
Upon receiving
the registration fees, each participant will receive a
registration receipt. Please bring this receipt with you
to the registration desk as a proof of your payment. Two
separate receipts will be issued one to cover the hotel
accommodation and the other the registration payments.
Cancellation:
Written
notice of cancellation is required. Please enclose the
registration receipt with letter of cancellation. Refund
of fees, less a
25% administrative charge, can be
applied for up to November 6th,
1993. After this
date, no refund can be made for cancellations. Refunds
will be processed at beginning of January 1994.
